This steeply sloping site had an existing run down house at the higher point which has now been transformed by our proposals to become what could either be a now enlarged single house or a pair of apartments. As the site had a lower level and access to a highway, we invited the opportunity with the client to develop an additional house to the site which was a welcome addition providing additional value to the site and an overall composition that would allow a modern and in keeping solution to the area.

Using render and metal roofing with aluminium triple glazed windows and high level of insulation throughout meant that this modern intervention would provide a lifetime home for its occupants.
