Located close to the heart of Radlett just north of London, we were asked to look at this site for a series of town houses in a more modern and a more traditional style as options. The proposals allowed for a good strong density of development whilst also encouraging a high quality landscaped scheme to the area. Using robust material which include high quality through render and aluminium framed triple glazed windows with either a natural slate roof or metal roof details provided a robust solution that would be low in maintenance and provide the kerb appeal for this high quality three-storey development.
