The local community was looking for this site to have a new face-lift that would add value to the community and a quality that is befitting or this historical village core.

Working with Oakmann Inns the award-winning multiple site restaurateurs our vision was to drop into the rear courtyard a new elegant and modern intervention to allow additional capacity and value-add to the site.

Re-configurations and extensions to existing first-floor accommodation to provide staff quarters, meeting rooms and WC provisions enabled the ground floor to be maximised in its customer-facing offering.

New bars, an open kitchen allow for full interaction between clientele and the staff team.
