Located in Central Bedfordshire these facilities were a combination of community use and also sports facilities. There were three conference meeting rooms and one large open space for mixed-use sports.

The proposals were based on using a local brick Passivhaus building techniques and simple modern architectural lines within a large site with mature vegetation.

Ample parking was provided for staff and visitors including disabled parking and electric car charging.
