These proposals were to create a new facility for the town which would provide a community hub not only for the full and wide-ranging inhabitants of the town but also for the town and parish council to have their meetings and conferences.

The proposals were intended to be Passivhaus level with triple glazing, solar panels and ground source heat pump.
Spaces included a large conference hall and secondary offices with as much parking as could be provided on site.
