Green fox farm is a Paragraph 84e project set within 23 acres of land within the South Cambridgeshire District Council rural countryside area.

The proposals were based on detailed analysis of local farms and roof forms creating a modern idiom of farmstead within the site, focused on Passivhaus standards and beyond in terms of air tightness, insulation and sustainable heating systems. To further mitigate environmental impact, natural materials were used throughout the scheme not only externally but also internally with the use of rammed clay earth walls and natural stone, and clay plastered walls.

The scheme included extensive landscaping which significantly enhanced the setting of the building with careful consideration to ecology and biodiversity net gain.
