This hamlet, just north of London has recently had a new edition; this striking, low maintenance family home.

Our clients sought a property they would be proud of with healthy clean, low maintenance living by design, inspired by nature.

With an idea of low maintenance architecture in mind, and using innovative materials like corten steel and modern lines, this modern European style house was designed to function effectively for the owners’ day to day life, as well as for special occasions.

The proposals required by the client were a mix of materials, natural stone and render, and modern European clean lines. Large open plan spaces and extensive glazing with direct connection to inside outside living was key to the success of the project. The living wall inside adds to the theme of natural materials.
